This Peru Decaf is a smooth medium roast sourced from the highlands of Piura and Amazonas, grown by Cooperativa Agricola de Servicios Norandino at elevations between 1,100–1,700 meters. Naturally rich and balanced, it offers a clean cup with layered flavor.

Expect tasting notes of caramel, smooth sweetness, and bright citrus, supported by the clarity that comes from fully washed processing and sun‑drying in clay mineral‑rich soil. Crafted from a mix of Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, and Catimor varieties, this decaf maintains full character without the caffeine.

Decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process, it preserves the coffee's natural profile without chemical solvents.
