At Tri Crow Coffee, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell, and your satisfaction is important to us. However, because coffee is a perishable food product, returns and refunds are handled on a limited basis as outlined below.Â
1. Eligibility for Refunds or ReplacementsÂ
Refunds or replacements are available only in the following cases:Â

Damaged in transit — The item arrived damaged during shipping.Â

Wrong item sent — You received an incorrect product due to a fulfillment error.Â

Not as described — The item received is significantly different from what was described on the product listing.Â

You must contact Tri Crow Coffee within 7 days of delivery to report any of the above issues. Photo documentation of the damage or error is required to process your claim.Â

2. Non-Returnable ItemsÂ
Because coffee is a consumable food product, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:Â

Opened or used productsÂ

Items returned due to personal taste preference or buyer's remorseÂ

Products with no reported issue within the 7-day windowÂ
Once a sealed product has been opened, we are unable to accept a return or issue a refund unless the item was damaged or incorrectly fulfilled.Â
3. How to Request a Refund or ReplacementÂ
To submit a refund or replacement request, please follow these steps:Â

Email us at support.tricrowcoffee.com within 7 days of delivery.Â

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photo evidence showing the problem.Â

Wait for our response. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.Â
4. Refund MethodÂ
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider, but typically takes 5–10 business days after approval.Â
Replacements, if applicable, will be shipped to you at no additional cost.Â
5. Shipping CostsÂ
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.Â
If a return shipment is required, Tri Crow Coffee will provide a prepaid shipping label for approved claims only. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs on valid claims.Â
6. Order CancellationsÂ
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.Â
