By accessing the Tri Crow Coffee website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the site.

Tri Crow Coffee makes every effort to display product descriptions, images, and pricing as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur — for example, packaging design updates or seasonal blend availability. 

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time. If a pricing error affects an order you have already placed, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel your order. 

3. Orders & Payment 

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing and shipping information. All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation. 

Tri Crow Coffee reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions. 

Payment is processed at the time of purchase through Shopify's secure checkout. 

4. Shipping & Delivery 

Tri Crow Coffee ships to the areas listed on our Shipping Policy page. Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed. 

Tri Crow Coffee is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon handoff to the shipping carrier.
